Lexus RX-L and Mercedes GLB-can you use third row seats if you have car seats?

Hi, the new optional third row suvs with the fold-up third row are tempting. However, we have two kids currently in car seats.
If their car seats or boosters were in the second row, would the third row be accessible or usable at all? or would the only way to use all three rows to be to keep the car seats in the third row? Thank you.

I have Mercedes GLE w/ optional 3rd row. I can access the 3rd row from the trunk if car seats prevent from entering from back seat row, however, you’ll only be able to use 1 seat in the 3rd row so ppl can climb out through the trunk on the other 3rd town seat that’s folded down.
