FSA for music/piano or swimming lessons?

I get conflicting answers on this. Can I use FSA $$$ for these ? these will be 30-60 minutes classes after school?

TIA

I thought FSA can only be used for prescription, doctor copay/deductible, some eligible OTC health related items, daycare, summer camp and after school. I am not even sure if they count in before care of school age kid.

I hear that if music/piano or swimming lessons are for therapies purpose, not for leisure/entertainment/hobby, or they are camp hours, or otherwise, I don't think you can use FSA $ for that.

You're right, sorry I meant Dependent Care FSA.

That was clear OP, ignore PP.

Generally, no. If they are included activities in an extended care program before or after school, while you are working? Possibly.

OP are you present when these lessons take place?

It looks like either would fail the IRS's test for qualifying expenses
