My DD told me that her teacher gave out lollipops to the entire class and didn't give her one at school. Would you bat an eye at that?

I'd have more questions and ask to hear the whole story. Did DD maybe grab for one? Were you supposed to turn in some work and then get one and DD lied about having finished so her punishment was no lolly? I'd need more information.

I would encourage my kid to talk to the teacher. I imagine the teacher didn't notice she didn't get one. Otherwise, just drop it.
