female pelvic prolapse - bladder/urethral

Has anyone experienced a bladder/urethral prolapse? What were your symptoms/how did you know? And what did your doctor do?

I think I might have a prolapse but I had my last kid (c-section) years ago, so it seems like odd timing. I also have a fair amount of pelvic pain (off and on - so not anything like an emergency). I have previously diagnosed endometriosis, so I'm wondering if that could contribute to a prolapse? I've done pelvic floor therapy before, so I think I'm beyond that as a solution, wondering what my gyn might suggest.
