We 2 kids 6 and under. Would it be fun?
I found some other PR threads but not with kids as young as ours.

TIA

Assuming your kids like the beach and pools, yes it would be a great vacation!

did you price flights yet? PR flights before Christmas notoriously high. Flying on Christmas or Dec 26-? is much better. December 14 th -Dec 24 $900 per ticket is not uncommon. If you dont mind connecting and flying Spirit BWI is a solution. There are other airports other than San Juan as well depending on where you plan to go. Fly to BQN and tour the west side of the island.

Well, I guess it depends on your definition of fun. We had a blast on a Christmas vacation with extended family when our kids and their cousins were all between the ages of 2-6. Lots of happy memories! We hit the pool, played tennis and did a day trip to the rain forest, but we didn't go out on the town every night. If that's what you want, you're going to need to bring a nanny with you.

We loved Puerto Rico with our little ones! We had a blast kit flying on the grounds of El Morro in Old San Juan (you can buy kites there in a kiosk or at Walgreens. The views while doing that were amazing with the ocean and fort in the background.

Our little ones also just loved hanging at the beach and pool.

Puerto Rico is a wonderful place for families at Christmas. When we went we also toured the streets in OLd San Juan and just went holiday shopping at Plaza Las America’s, etc. It’s just a cool island to do things on…not to mention eat your way through too! We really liked the food in PR.

Stay at El Conquistador in Fajardo with the kiddos and use to Coqui Water Park. It’s fun for them and right by the ocean. Also visit the most incredible restaurant nearby called La Estación, and also go to Pasión por el Fogón. The food in both places is outstanding!

Can someone confirm that all this remains true post Maria?
