New Vision Trash Service

Anyone in NoVA heard from them, or know what's going on? They're not picking up the garbage in our area, and not answering the phone.
If you use someone else, can you recommend them and let me know what you pay monthly/quarterly?

We just moved to Fairfax Station in March and took over the trash payments at our rental house. Lat week their answering machine was full and they never returned my e-mails asking about basic account issues. This week, we didn't get service.

We're going to switch providers - seems too sketchy based on input from a Google search.
