Failed IVF - how long after stopping progesterone will period come back?

After a failed IVF, I'm anxious to get onto the next phase. How long should it take after I stop progesterone for my period to come back?

I'm so sorry your IVF didn't work. I haven't done IVF, but with my IUIs (3x), I got my period about 2-3 days after I stopped the progesterone.

it took me a full week to start bleeding after I stopped the progesterone. Then my cycle the next month was very screwy (ovulation was delayed by almost 3 weeks) and I'm normally an every-28-days-like-clockwork cycler.

I'm very sorry your cycle didn't work.

For me, it usually took 2-3 days. Like the PP, know that your ovulation will be off. I remember taking an OPK on day 6, which seemed ridiculously early, and I got a bright line.

I am so sorry. I got mine about 5-7 after I stopped endometrin. I did another IVF cycle right after and it was successful. I hope things work out for you.

I got my AF fairly quickly, roughly 4-5 days later. But then I had a really long cycle, nearly 40 days long (ovulated on CD 24!). I nearly always clock in O at cycle day 12, and AF around cd 25.
