SGF vs CCRM vs Dominion for AMA

Currently at SGF with Dr Browne. Two unsuccessful cycles, she wants to tweak the protocol with Lupron instead of Cetrotide, and increased dosage for Gonal-F and Menopur.
We are also shopping around for a second opinion and assessment, got an appointment at DF with Dr DiMattina. I have looked up CCRM and CNY as well.

For those of you who switched clinics and doctors, how did you decide and when? Looking up Dr Nair at SGF (her reviews look good), wondering how switching doctors within the same practice will turn out.
Basically, we are confused, have spent a lot of money and want to see some success while cognizant of the fact that it's not entirely in the doctor's hands or ours. Just need some sense of direction and maybe some good point to bounce off our decisions, so thanks in advance for sharing your experiences!

Not a fan of Dr Nair. Would recommend Dr Payson with CCRM.
