Late second period after egg retrieval

Has anyone had their second period late after their egg retrieval? My first came a week after my retrieval, but I am still waiting for my second, it has been over 40 days. Going to the doctor if I don't get it in a few days. Should I worry?

I'd check with my clinic and maybe take a pregnancy test?
