I'm not sure how any of this was a Pyrrhic victory. Seems like a pretty open and shut win!

Please keep him away from Ward 3.

I think we’re good.

Anyway, one just got arrested, sure they’ll get to Allen and his wife eventually

That video of the kid breaking into a car on Capitol Hill directly in front of a Recall Charles Allen sign was priceless. It is totally on brand for DC. DC progressive are willing to tolerate crime and squalor at any level just to remain pure to the cause. The rest of us are moving. Good luck.

That’s great Charles Allen won. Now we can all go back to his pushing progressive criminal justice reform efforts that equate to, essentially, leniency for crime.

The only reason he came around to signing the recent crime bill is because of tireless efforts by normal people to show that his weak on crime policies were exacerbating crime. Whether it was his support of the second look act, the youth rehabilitation act that shield “children’s” records up to age 26, or all the rest. We basically got a tiny victory when he signed the crime bill. We’ll see if that bill even makes a real dent in crime. Meanwhile, he’ll probably resort to his old ways of crime apology and using selected “evidence based” information to advance this anti-carceral at any cost agenda.

Don't let the door hit you in the ass.

And now Trayon White is out of the way.

Happily will take the door in the ass rather than a brick in the head.

Someone check on Matt Frumin. He has been trying to help Trayon be less of a nutjob.
