| Beta was supposed to be Wednesday but there was a lab mixup so it was today. 16dp FET and only 65. Waaaaaay too low, right? Like ridiculously too low? They’ll repeat Monday, but thinking I am for sure out. |
| 3 day or 5 day? |
5 day
Wanting to stop my shots and have a margarita tonight. Just so bummed. |
| 16dp5dt? Yeah, that's too low. I'm sorry. |
| sorry but I do not think that is too low. wait for monday's result |
| OP here. My nurse just called (I saw results in patient portal first) and said she’s seen it go either way with my number and just to hope we see it more than double on Monday. This sucks. |
Average beta is around 1,800 at that point. It’s been implanted for over two weeks. There’s no way it’s doubling correctly for level at that far after transfer. It sucks, but it’s pretty much impossible for it to be viable at this point. |
| I don’t know IVF timing but my doctor did tell me recently that he had an IVF patient whose first beta was 10. Ended up with the largest baby in the program - almost 12 pounds. |
I feel this so much. My beta yesterday for 10dp5dt was 55 and the nurse tried to be super chipper and optimistic that it was a good start. At least I talked them into Saturday follow up. Initially they were going to make me wait until Monday!! |
Mine was supposed to be Wednesday, but the lab accidentally tested it for TB!!! My nurse called them yesterday afternoon when we still had no results and discovered the error. Super frustrating, and of course now we have the weekend wait. Good luck, PP! I feel I am certainly out at this point as mine was 6 days past yours. But maybe? This waiting is so hard. It was our last frozen and we won’t be doing any more treatments, so it’s a little crushing to know it’s our end of the road. |
This was probably a test done at 9dpt or earlier. Even on that day, a beta of 10 would hardly ever end with a live birth, but there might be exceptions. I really doubt it's possible for their to be an exception with a beta that low on 16dpt. |
It was 14DPO, however that translates. Mine at 15DPO was 24 - healthy baby 9 months later. |
14 DPO would be 9dp5dt, so exactly what PP said. |
| 9dp6dt, 48. Healthy baby girl |
| It's not good news but you're not out. Don't stop your shots. |
