Any tips for dealing with it? I’ve tried desitin and aquafor … and the rash persists. We change him tons throughout the day but less at night to let him (and us) sleep.
Naked time during the day. Put the baby on a changing pad or plastic sheet and let everything air out.
Is it fungal? Try lotrimin antifungal cream for a few days and see if that helps.

Calmoseptibe. Order it on Amazon. Was the only thing that helped clear up a nasty diaper rash my son got. Also talk to your doctor to make sure it isn’t yeast- they need to prescribe nyastatin
Highly recommend Boudreaux’s Butt Paste!
First step is to make sure it isn’t yeast or a strep/staph infection. Then, if it doesn’t clear it may be a sign of food intolerances - it was for my child.
