| Incredible in just a few short years how this club has declined in terms of performance on the pitch. Never had a vision to upgrade facilities, same faces, but worst of all people in a position of power that shouldn't even qualify for those positions...Parents ask your coaches what their plan is for player development and you will get the same tired answer "we focus on the players" ok...how? what training above and beyond do you provide? Do you teach them the nuances of the position you have them playing? What training videos have you identified that are suited for my child's development? Chances are it will be met with a silent stare and then a response of we believe in player development. At the end of the day what could have been a dominant force in local and national youth soccer has become an also ran...shameful |

| Training videos? Just watch any of the dozens of games from different leagues around the world that are on pretty much any day of the week. Record them for later if needed. Why would I have my kid watch some youtube training video put together by someone who is likely not that much more knowledgeable than my DC's coach. |
