What to do with leftover stims medications?

| I have some leftover medications from a stims cycle- follistim, menopur, Lipton, etc. They are not expiring anytime soon, but I do not plan to use them before they do. Would never consider doing anything illegal like selling them- but what do I do with them? Did others just throw them away? I’ve held onto them for a bit, but they are just taking up space. |

| my clinic did not take meds when I called to ask, only unused needles. i gave them away to others who needed them, which you might not be comfortable with because it is not legal. |

| Donate them on https://www.reddit.com/r/infertility or post anonymously on a neighborhood Facebook group. There are SO many people that would be very grateful for the donation, and it could mean someone being able to afford the cycle or not. |

| Shady Grove took unopened meds a few years back when I did IVF there. I don’t know if they’ve changed policies now due to Covid. |
