If my kid plays on artificial turf and firm ground fields equally which cleats should I buy? I only want to buy one pair.

just get firm ground. The turf around here works well with cleats and not very well with turf shoes

FG is fine but I think AG by nike perform the overall best.

Our coach said AG.

I had been putting our player in FG for the past 5+ years having no idea.

The coach recommended AG cleats which he says are better for protecting the tendons in foot/ankle.

If you want to buy only one pair, you need firm ground. You can't play on grass with turf shoes. But you can (and every does) play on turf with firm ground cleats.

AG work just as well.

Studs give greater traction on all surfaces and at higher risk for knee and ankle injury. Wet grass is a different surface
