We are expecting our second child and looking at acquiring a second larger vehicle to accommodate a guest and two car seats. What do you like about your SUV, wagon, minivan, or exceptionally large motorized skateboard?
I love our Honda Odyssey because it is roomy, comfortable, and I love how it drives. I prefer it over the Sienna although I am very jealous of the new Hybrid Sienna's gas mileage.
I totally prefer the drive in a Pacifica over a Sienna. 100%. Siena is awful, like driving a clunky bus.
Chrysler Pacifica!
I love my highlander. Huge cargo space when it’s just family - two kids + dog, and room for carpooling or driving other kids to the pool, etc. Rubber mats are super easy to clean and remove. Captains chairs means everyone gets a ton of space. Feels comfortable, spacious, luxurious enough at a higher trim level… but also a total adventure car that I don’t care when it gets muddy, sandy, etc. IDK, it just really works for our family.

Minivan - volume! Lots of seats for carpooling, sports, scouting. Fold down the seats and we can carry almost anything: boxes, mulch, TVs, camping gear or whatever we just bought at Costco. If it doesn't fit inside, it can probably be tied down to the roof rack.
It's a Honda Odyssey with 200k+ miles and we're hoping to get about 3 more years out of it. |
