Master bathroom reno

If you were going to start with a clean slate in a Master Bedroom what would you love to do? Colors? Design? Our master bathroom is very large and we are completely redoing it.

Would love color combo that could flow nicely into master bedroom as well since we are re-painting that too.

1. Heated floors in traffic areas
2. remove "luxury whirlpool" tub and small shower on 90's platform. Place them side by side in the bathroom area rather than both against the wall. Enclose in glass.
3. new vanity with drawers, not just cabinet doors. maybe long enough for hamper storage on the side.
4. a place to sit to put on makeup, blow-dry hair, self care, located on wall by window. So tired of standing and leaning into the vanity to get to the mirror.
5. Floor to ceiling cabinet to store stuff/linen located on wall by window next to seated vanity table.
6. Turn the built-in linen closet into a counter with mini fridge below and cabinet above. Already have electrical outlet and light switches on that outer wall of the closet.
7. Replace Hollywood lights above my double vanity. replace ceiling light and install some kind of ambient ceiling light in the shower/tub area.
8. new mirrors over vanity, backlight mirror at make up table full length mirror on wall when I move the tub

Looking at white marble or marble like finishes on tiles for flooring and shower/tub walls. I don't see marble in my budget unfortunately.
Quartzite counter on vanity and makeup area.
Glass around the shower/tub area.
Wood cabinets in a brown cinnamon stain to show the grain of the wood for some warmth.
I painted my trim SW pure white (tired of looking at the 90's orange white color that was there) and will use that color for the walls and WC door. My closet area, sitting room and bedroom will be SW aesthetic white with pure white trim. Puling up all my carpet upstairs for hardwood floors.

Here are pictures of what my bathroom looks like and what I'm dealing with. I don't have the skylight or carpet in my home. Do have vent fans.
I track this model home that was built in MoCo, PG, FF, and Ashburn Village, just to see what people have done to remodel this space, which is 15' x 10' 9". I've been shocked with how many homeowners still had carpeted master bath floor, but I shouldn't be since my kids vanity bath floor still has carpet.






That's my dream, what I would love. Trying to keep the price practical and get close to what I need under $25K. Kids bath will be a very simple, practical upgrade of flooring and cabinets, mirror, light, paint.
Electrical stuff part of another project budget. Bracing myself for the plumbing quote.

We are doing it now, large dark gray/black tiles floors with radiant heat with subtle veining and that have texture so not slippery, a full tiled wall (12x24) polished white porcelain tile, with a linear pattern/grooving, we put in a picture window over the freestanding soaking tub, floating teak veneer vanity with drawers, separate teak veneer tall closet . Our house is mcm/modern style.

I would say our bathroom is about a 10 x 12 foot give it take? So pretty big. Budget is around $40k
