Looking for an LGBTQ friendly, part-time and long-term babysitter!

My wife and I recently moved to the Potomac area and are searching for an experienced, long-term babysitter for one-off date nights, weddings, day trips, etc.

We are looking for someone that is local to us, openly liberal and LGBTQ friendly (we are a two-mom family), loves children and being outdoors (our daughter LOVES to be outside), and is interested in being a frequent sitter and getting to know and love our 9-month old daughter. Full disclosure, she is our first-born and we have not left her with anyone else except for our parents, so please know that up front .

Please let me know if this could be you! While we may be nervous about leaving her the first few times, we are very friendly and really look forward to hearing from you!
