Latest Refinance Rates

We are in the process of looking into a refi now. House worth about 2MM mortgage of 1.3. Anyone doing a refinance like this recently and care to share rates?

I’m in the process of refinancing from 2.5 15-year to 1.75-15 year. Taking out the maximum high confirming ($822k). I think I will go with Better.com which gives $2000 cash back to Amex card. I got a higher quote for them but they matched a quote from LoanDepot. Definitely try to negotiate.

I am looking for tips on lowering title insurance and title fees though.

Try Radian. I used them for my Better refinance this summer and their quote was 75% cheaper than Better's title insurance.

Radian won’t give you a direct quote anymore they make the lender request it. Look up local title companies and get some quotes. You can send those to better to either see if they will match or if they won’t just tell them to use that title company.

Better.com. They initially gave me a higher rate but I got a quote from Loan Depot and they matched it. Better also offering a $2000 credit on an Amex card.

Are you including your relationship discount or not? Ours was 2.75 sticker and 2.375 after a relationship discount (30-year, 65% LTV Jumbo refi). No fees/points

I don’t have relationship discount with Better.
