USWNT vs Par

Wow this is an embarrassing. Paraguay has three professional players who play…. in the second division league in Spain. I do not think Paraguay has crossed the midfield the whole half. I guess it’s a stats padding games. Maybe the US will bring the goalie up so everyone on the team can score? Is Thailand up next?

3 players don't carry a team against the USWNT. When's the last time Paraguay even played together?

Excellent display of scheduling to feel good.
Morgan can’t even finish in this game. It is over for her

Literally who cares. Can they just be done with the goodbye tour already.

Exactly why the USWNT will fall farther behind. Playing their starters in a game like this is an embarrassment to both teams. This would be a perfect game to have the youngest players available start, but no, they'd rather have old Carli Lloyd score five goals.

Agreed. Would like to see everyone over 30 be asked to step down. Looking forward to the next generation. My kid’s team played a U17G team this past weekend that could have beaten Paraguay. Seriously.

All the people here are all bashing the living daylights out of this game but they all wished their DD was able to play in this game and part of the USWNT. LOL

Well, one thing is shows is how lopsided many games are going to look when the women's world cup expands to 32 teams. People better get used to these kinds of games.

You're right, and it's a good thing for the growth of women's soccer. More teams, more money.

Love that the winning team in a 9-0 match is the one getting bashed here. Makes total sense.

Paraguay gets a cut of the revenue, so they play. Why else would they play a game like this?
