How long are lab orders good for when using Quest?

| I have an order from the doctor for blood work. I know mammogram orders are usually good for a year. Does any know what the rules are for blood work for Quest? I've been on hold for 15 minutes so far. |

In April 2024 for New Jersey they said the blood work order is good for a full year, and accepted the I had which was 50 weeks old.

"6 months" is not the right answer.
Just got back from Quest Diagnostics (also in NJ) and they had no problem running labs & blood work that were from a prescription order that my doctor gave me at my physical nine months ago. |
