| I have a Honda. It's a keeper. |
|
self propelled honda but it will cost you.
i'd just get a cheap push mower. 1/4 is not much to mow |
| I have a little electric one. I like it because it’s light weight and easy for a woman to use. |
how big is your mowing area? can you mow 1/4 ac? |
We have an acre but the front probably about .25 acre. I ordered it from Amazon. About $250? If I did it again I would get a wider one but it takes me about 35 minutes. They were all sold out of this brand at HD Lowes. |
| Green works with 2 batteries ( you need that) |
|
Honda engine is the best and lasts many years. If your yard is sloped like mine, get a rear propelled lawn mower.
The best is probably a zero turn mower (money is no object) |
It is so much wiser to pay a 1K for a self propelled with speed regulator and walk behind it with a smile, than pushing a god damn thing around and having body aches for the rest of a weekend. - a woman home owner who upgraded to a GOOD one. |
pp you are responding to. yes, if my wife were mowing, i'd definitely do that. if i were mowing, i am too cheap to pay 1k for a fancy push mower. |
| My push mower is just the right amount of exercise |
When I posted I figured that you are a man with a lot of stamina
To a woman 1/4 of an acre is a lot to mow )))) Besides, there are other yard chores to do on top of moving. Better save that energy ))) |
