The Monegasque royals keep themselves at the forefront of Europe despite being from such a tiny nation. They also have the highest GDP per capita in Europe for good reason - their tax laws and their connections with the uber wealthy.

In looking at the older pictures in this thread her eyebrows actually look the same. And why would she only lose hair on less than one half of her head? One of my parents died from cancer a few years ago and lost all of their hair at the same time which I think is more frequent.

Monaco/Albert also just cut the palace budget by 40% to reflect the country's $500 million shortfall. Waiting on some other royals who complained incessantly about costs to do the same.
