How to find out who owns a Twitter account

Anyone know how to find out who is behind an anonymous twitter account? I think this person is a POS and I want to out him/her, because they are outing others while remaining anonymous.

I agree, there is a lot of ridiculous crap posted on that list. However, the OP of that twitter account obviously has an ax to grind with them and wants others to join in the mocking, while remaining anonymous. What a coward. I am going to out them.

No, I was not named in the twitter account and I also think most of what's posted on the listserv is eye-roll worthy. I occasionally speak up and post something on the list about how stupid someone's opinion is. I do that with my name on it. (Not like the cowardly Twitter OP.) I just think people like that really suck. They are scum, afraid to put their name on their opinions. Hasn't this country suffered enough of that already?
