I can't justify the cost of the Peleton.
Was thinking the Sole as "quite" is an important characteristic. The location where it is the kids hear the treadmill and I will be exercising either before they are up or after they are down. Any other recommendations of bikes to consider or set-ups. Thanks! |
| I have the sunny Health belt drive from Amazon and love it. I recommended it to another poster and she seems happy with it too. It’s a solid, high quality bike for about $300. Be sure to get the belt drive. |
| I couldn’t justify the price of a Peloton either. But, my doctor told me I need to do 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week the rest of my life for my out of control PCOS that’s causing infertility. I was also pre-diabetic which was going to lead to diabetes (a lot of family members are diabetic too). I didn’t want to be on drugs. I figured years of insulin and disease was more expensive than a spin bike and videos. Let me tell you I LOVE my Peloton. I look forward to riding. I’m in such better shape, can ride at any time, and it’s beginner friendly. I’m no longer pre-diabetic either. Any exercise that you stick with and will do is the one that’s jistifable (assuming you’re keeping the lights on of course)! |
Thanks for the plug for this. I need something beginner friendly and was a bit intimidated. |
