It seems like everyone wants to leave or is leaving the practice. Too hard to see the same doctor, never able to schedule an appointment with the doctor you want, hard to actually speak on the phone to your pedetc. If you have left, where are you going and is it better?
No. I'm happy there.
+1 The only ones I hear about leaving are the former Kensington Pediatrics patients. |
If there were somewhere better that takes insurance, I would leave in a heartbeat. I hate it, but know switching will just be too much of a headache. Don't even get me started on their screw up not submitting our visit to insurance, not telling me until over 6 months later, when insurance would no longer reiumburse them, and then hounding me for a nearly $800 bill for over a year. This after being "loyal" patients for over 14 years. Can't stand them. Yes, all this time.
I'm very happy there. Used their sick walk-in hours yesterday.
We've been fine there thus far. It is hard to get appts with the same doctor consistently even if you book well ahead (I think their most popular doctors are overbooked and the one I like best only works 2 days a week), but that's life.
Still going strong after a dozen years. No plans to leave.
We are fine with CMG. Called for a sick visit a few weeks ago. We were in and out before 9:30am and our prescription was already called in to the pharmacy. Done and dusted and back at school by 10. We do schedule annuals well in advance to get our preferred docs. Never had a problem with insurance.
Nope, still happy with CMG after 12 years.
On year 13, still happy (and we are high frequency users unfortunately). Always get our preferred doc for annuals.
We are happy. There are three docs we love and we can usually get an appointment with one of them if needed. Never have an issue getting an annual appointment with preferred doc since that's 3 months out. We haven't had the billing issues mentioned above. And it's a 5-minute drive from our house unless it's rush hour, which is key since we both work.
Is that Dr. Markovic? I know she is part-time, but wasn't sure if it was that limited. Have had trouble getting an appointment with her, but it always wound up working out. |
We've generally be happy. We've thought about moving to Kenwood Pediatrics since that is closer to us, but we like the bigger practice because we can always get a sick appointment. And the 7-8 am walk-in has been a nice addition. Never had any billing issues, although it sometimes has taken a lot longer for a nurse call back than they said it would be and probably should be. Still, overall reasonably happy.
Happy there for 12 years. We moved and are no longer a quick drive away, but stay because we love the practice so much, and several of the docs have known my kids since they were newborns. There is one doc in particular my kids see for well-checks, and I trust her completely.
We are happy there - like their walk in hours in the morning, and are fine seeing other doctors in a pinch. Wish we didn't have to schedule so far in advance for physicals, but we are happy otherwise.
