I don't think many average or even slightly above average students get into W&L. Unless they are actually wanted for the lax team.

Sewanee, U. of Richmond, DePauw (IN), maybe Bucknell, maybe Furman. Going bigger, look at the SEC schools: USC, AL, etc.
