| Over the past few weeks, it has been a regular occurrence for our neighbors son across the street to smoke pot on his porch. wondering if we should say anything to his parents or even call the police. TYIA |

Unless you have a burner phone, and go to another location to make the call, this is impossible. |

no it's not, they will have your cell number but nothing else. Dispatchers can't get a name or address from a cell numbet without calling the phone company, And believe me were not going through all that for an anon call. Only time we do that is for a suicidal person that we need to locate. |
