| I am embarrassingly ignorant about going on in pop culture and my 5 year old wants songs to dance to. Any suggestions of music that is fun and has appropriate language for little kids. |
| Mine loves Katy Perry (especially Dark Horse and Roar). Also Taylor Swift (Blank Space and Shake it Off). |
Same for my 5 year old. She likes almost anything by Katie Perry and Taylor Swift. |
|
Maybe not all dance-worthy, but my 8 year old son likes:
Imagine Dragons (Shots) Gavin DeGraw (Brother) One Republic (current is Love Runs Out) Shepherd (Geronimo) George Ezra (Budapest) AVicii (Wake me Up) John Legend (Glory) |
| Buy a kidz bop cd. Or if you have Amazon prime you can download them for free. They take recent pop songs and change the bad/iffy language plus you can get lots of recent songs in one cd. |

+1 to Taylor Swift and Katy Perry. Also uptown funk you up and call me maybe.
We also listen to Pandora a lot. The "Katy Perry radio" station is good (it's not all Katy Perry, but in that genre.) |
| Oh, and Maroon 5. |
| Whatever songs make my ears bleed... |
Which one is the Katy Perry station? Agree with all the comments about Kidz Bop, Pandora, Katy Perry and Taylor Swift |
Wha? How can you download for free?? |
