Do you shower at the gym or wait until you get home?

you leave your kid in gym childcare for 2 hours? most gyms I've seen have pretty barebones childcare.

I always shower at the gym. Lately I go outside to jump rope, push sled and hit tire with sledgehammer. Pools of sweat come of me when I do this in the summer. Cold shower at gym is essential.
