I would shop a lot more at Zara if the website wasn’t so awful

It's contemporary and delivers new trends faster than anyone. The quality is as good as BR and merch goes on sale pretty fast.

Hah, right. They don’t care about a bunch of moms. The stores are packed with teens and younger women all day and night.

Businesses frequently care about leaving piles of money on the table. How much higher would their sales be if people could actually use the website?

DP. You are hilarious.

Facts here @Forbes:
"Other exciting news is that the company’s fiscal year 2022 was outstanding.
Inditex reported net income increase of 27% to €4.1 Billion ($4.4 Billion). Sales reached €32.6 billion ($35.2 billion). In fiscal 2022 sales rose 23%, reflecting greater foot traffic and increasing store productivity. The higher achievement was accomplished with 10% fewer stores and 6% less commercial space than in 2021. Zara’s ongoing store optimization and digitalization continues to be the key to the success."

No, much better quality than old navy and the clothing is cut much better. At old navy an XS is just a smaller version of a tent-like garment if that makes sense.

Totally agree. And to this day I can't find a blogger who regularly posts Zara finds. WhoWhatWear does roundups maybe once a season. That's usually my entry point to the site.

I have just had the worst experience on their site. The checkout experience is just awful. If I hadn't been asked to buy a product from there I would quite happily have abandoned the cart. I've had no confirmation email and their chat is equally appalling. Unbelievable !

It is contemporary and delivers trends fast but the quality is bad. Skinny straps break, material runs or tears. It’s actually mixed, some clothes better than others but I would say its quality is on par with Forever 21.

They are getting self service machines so you don’t have to deal with the return lines.

The clothes on the website are so much better, but the website is a chore.
