Whatever was going on was not shocking to them. This is also aligned with serious surgery being a cover up and no one visiting Kate at the hospital.

If the ambulances were for Charles, Kate and William still had some kind of breaking point over Xmas. She is refusing to appear and that is all the more leverage without Charles in the picture. The palace announced her absence first to detract from Charles health news.

Something is very much connected with Thomas kingstons recent death and William pulling out of an event that same day.

Now Kate still refuses to appear. TKs death has probably made this worse. I hope she is alright. This is uncharacteristic of her and I 100% am team Kate here.

I'm definitely in the camp of thinking something weird is going on, whether it's marital or medical. But how many servants do they have at Sandringham? The ambulance could have been for any one of them. Maybe the cook sliced their thumb.

But then it would be a normal ambulance, not a royal convoy with escorts.

This is so creepy! Also why is her hair so done when she’s going for a ‘private appointment’. Something definitely is wrong. Is it really insane speculation ? What’s insane is doctoring photos and expecting nobody in the world would notice . Kate is practically a recluse anyway and rarely does appearances in public so Why did The Palace need to fake photos? The Sunday Mothers Day photos were not needed or asked by anyone. The Palace is the one who put the stupid return date of Easter for when Kate will resume public duties.

If they think speculation is wild now, wait till Kate doesn’t return after Easter

I can't believe I'm agreeing with this, but... look at the difference in the bricks seen through the windows of the car, and seen above the car. They look totally different.
