I pass this house alot - it is awful from the street. It doesn't look anything like the other houses around it - totally sticks out. It might have nice features inside but looks tacky from the street. |

In what appears to be the master bath...I notice the toilet isn't in it's own little closet...but there is a tall cabinet (?) of some type right next to it...what is that? just a cabinet? the shower? |

While I'm sure this house won't go for nearly $7M, I've been in houses in CC that sold in the $3M range and this house and its lot are at least a couple of million dollars bigger and nicer. |

| I'm sorry, but the market clearly is waaay down. Or there is something seriously wrong with that 1st house. I know a lot of people who paid 1M for homes that are not as nice as that. Not that it's perfect, it just isn't comparable to 1M homes I have been in |
