Op here. I take it the answer is this wasn’t from the tile. I do still wonder what it was. I’ll have to do some research I guess.

There is so much missing from this post. First, who was your ISP? If you have a track record of using X GB a month, I would be stunned if they did not waive your overage for the month and help you reset your modem and router. If the data really did pass through your system, you need to go into the dashboard and see what devices have been attached to it. Though with DL if you have kids and they are Zooming all day, you may have a higher than normal data level. But again, make your ISP explain why it busted whatever rate cap your plan had, especially now during COVID. WAS your ISP your wireless provider and you were actually using your phone as a hotspot? I can almost imagine that racking up a huge bill and ATT would never tell you, they would just bill you.
