When/how to intro your SO to your ex?

I am not “the other woman”. We met a few years after both of us left our previous relationships. This is the first serious relationship either one of us have had since the divorces.

And no, she doesn’t introduce him to her boyfriends. She’s had two in the last few years.

Geezus some of you people are so petrified to interact with others outside of a screen it's ridiculous.
Call the ex up and say, "Hey, heard you wanna meet what's up!" and see what happens.

My ex met my SO when he dropped the kid off at home after visitation one day. It was fine, super low key (my kid knew it was going to happen, no one was blindsided), lasted 5 minutes, totally anti-climactic.

My advice would be to do it like that, because otherwise its a THING, and it really doesn't need to be.

Maybe her BF aren’t around the kids?

I didn’t introduce men I dated to my ex or my kids until I met the man I married and we’d dated over a year. In contrast, my ex would meet a woman and a week later introduce her as his gf. Sometimes he’d describe them as engaged within a week after that. So confusing to DC.
