It's Belgian, not Dutch!! Moules et frites - classic Belgian dish. Mannequin Pis is the famous statue in Brussels of the little boy peeing.

This restaurant sounds great! We have a 3 month old. Would it be problematic to bring her there?

We love the Lighthouse Tofu Korean restaurant in Rockville. Their Tofu soup, especially the seafood kind, is amazingly delicious. (It comes with whole shrimp in it, which can be a pain to peel. I often don't bother eating it or you could ask to have it left out.) They have very wide aisles and a party room off to the side that often isn't being used, so it's easy to bring infants and children there. Our baby had fun staring at the ceiling fans.

It's Belgian, actually. I agree it is good, but it has gone downhill since the original owner sold it.

Yes, it would be problematic. The seating is very tight and it is an adult restaurant - I think they even say so on their website. I wouldn't take a baby there, or for that matter my kids (12 and 9).
