Yes, underwear with hosiery. I’d feel weird without it. Moreover, I use hygiene products daily, so I’d rather affix them to my underwear. I also wear slips with skirts and dresses, but I don’t think women slips as commonly as they used to.

The hygiene products were recommended by a doctor. Slips have nothing to do with this issue.

Umm, there was no need to mention it to people who can manage their own medical issues, or bring up slips in the same breath.

Back in the dark ages when I wore hose almost daily, I'd occasionally get a bad run and take them off, or would take them off for the subway ride home. Nice to have underwear then.

Yeah, to answer the OP's confusion, the "panty" in pantyhose doesn't preclude wearing underwear, but does make comando an option.
