I assume you went 29 up to 70. That's the way I would go if I were doing it.

I drive from DC to north of Baltimore. I usually take 95N, although occasionally I'll take 29 to 70 if I leave from Silver Spring. Both commutes suck, but are doable. When there are accidents, I want to tear my hair out though. Luckily, I work odd hours, so I try to avoid rush hour as much as I can.

Yes to the first, no to the second (think $600,000 for under 2500 square fee and up)

There are nice houses in Roland Park for 500k.

No there is not, you need to pay at least $650000 in Roland park to get something halfway renovated.

Not true

I guess we have different definitions of nice, that looks like a veery modest place someone stuck a new kitchen in. I live in Baltimore average price for a nice house in Roland park over $600000. That house is actually in tuxedo park, a more modest area that abuts Roland Park but can attend Roland park elementary.

I am using DC area definition of nice. No, i don't like this particular house, but it would cost at least twice as much in DC area and it would in fact be considered nice by most. I live in Baltimore, too.
