DisneyWorld - best time to go?

There is a crowd calculator on some of the disney websites you can look at. We went last year over the thanksgiving weekend and it was "code red" - one of the busiest weekends of the year - including on Sunday. Sunday was way less busy than the Friday or Saturday after Thanksgiving, but lines were still on average 90 minutes.

We went in late January and found very few lines & little waiting. It was too cool for swimming but still definately shorts weather.
