Eye Candy here. I was really, really into blue and green kitchens when I made this 2020 kitchen inspriation thread. Still love them and I don't mind that they aren't "in" anymore. If you aren't looking to get published or sell in the near future, that's in style shouldn't really impact your decision. You do you!
What colors do you already have in the adjoining rooms? This impacts your decision. We can't give a valuable opinion with nothing to go off of.

My only concern with dark paint (blue or green) would be the wear.
Other than that, I wouldn't care about what's in or not. My kitchen 30+ years ago was all white, frameless, ceiling high cabinets, lots of drawers, white counter, and tiled backsplash down to the counter. The builder thought it was 'very weird'. |
I like my green countertops and white cabinets even though they are definitely dated. Current kitchen styles are boring to me.
Pick whichever you like more. You could also do a wood finish and make it more like furniture, that’s what we’re doing
What color ties into your house and surrounding rooms?

We used SW Stllwater, which is mostly blue but leans teal. Between your two, I prefer the blue, but if you're having trouble deciding you could look in between at the blue-greens!
