Why do men spit on the street?

This is an ethnic and cultural thing. Certain demographic groups of men do this, and other demographic groups of men do not. And the overlap between those groups is almost nil.

Ha, I forgot, lots of 'ladies' in Baltimore spit too. Saw it tons of times when I lived there. Hell, so many women in Baltimore would stuff their fat faces with RoFo fried chicken and fries and throw their trash in the ground or out of the car, women eating chicken wings on the metro in DC and throwing the bones in the ground, women eating CRABS on the subway and throwing the shells on the ground......
