where to buy mother of bride dress?

My mother wore a very elegant pantsuit to my wedding. It was a flowy sort of material, and she accessorized with a hat. It was really, really stunning. I was so pleased she'd found it. Not in this country, so not the same stores, but maybe you could find something similar at a high-end store?

OP try to keep your search to petite dresses- you’re so petite that it will be hard to find a misses dress that looks really good.

I would try Saks, including the website.

Look online at Neiman Marcus at all the formalwear.

I am going to be a Mother of the Groom this summer and I found this website to have good suggestions. Every week, they feature a new "Mother of" so you can see lots of looks. They also have curated dresses for different types of weddings and a "Cry for Help" feature where they recommend some dresses as well: https://motherof.co/
I got my wedding dress at a boutique where I live, but I found a rehearsal dinner dress from this website.

That’s a fun website! I just found the dress I want to wear to one of my kids’ weddings (they are now in HS ☺️). https://www.neimanmarcus.com/p/a-l-c-poppy-floral-off-the-shoulder-gown-prod269340078?childItemId=NMT5FXH_&msid=4714278&navpath=cat000000_cat000001_cat46630745_cat83820765&page=0&position=0&ecid=NMAF_RK_Mother+Of&CS_003=5630585&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_source=NMAF__Mother+Of&ranSiteID=dC2Dt5tMWu0-zxAv..OJtnVjIfooJNGfKQ

That dress is stunning- make sure the nuptials are in Spring or Summer. Start auditioning strapless shapewear. I am researching wedding gowns for a daughter who is not engaged (yet) and am not a fan of the current sheer bustier/illusion corset look. 😂
