what else would you like?
looking for mid-sized schools. for humanities. near cities is better. unhooked boy so need a wider net |
| Looking for the same...definitely a school in the city. |
| Syracuse, Pitt, McGill |
| Mac, GW, Emory |
| BU, NYU |
| My student with similar interests applied to many of those listed above as well as Fordham, De Paul, Drexel and Loyola Chicago (the last three were safeties). |
I was scrolling to say these. Also BC Umiami Santa Clara LMU U San Diego Fordham |
| Wash U |
| At full freight, how is the west coast? USC? |
| Your selection is rife with sub-10% acceptance schools. For targets, GWU, Fairfield, Fordham, even Drexel. |
| My DC had similar desire to be near a city and applied to several of the above. Narrowed down to Northeastern, BU, Pitt, Case Western and GW and ultimately chose GW and is very happy. |
| NEU's co-op opportunities is pretty fantastic in the humanities. NUworks' database list the employers. Maybe find out what other schools the employers recruit from and apply there. |
| If open to smaller, Macalester and Rhodes |
NEU is actually known for its CS and Engineering fields (multiple), but I am sure their Humanities avenues are fine, too. |
