ISO European Style Wheat or Multigrain Bread

I'm looking for a European style bread that has 4 grams or less of sugar. Does anyone know of a bakery or place that carries that kind of bread?

I have been mail ordering a bread like that from NJ for years, but they are having a quality control problem. I'm finding caraway seeds in the multigrain bread (if should not be there) and Italian spices in the whole wheat bread.

The breads I like are called Italian breads which are a boule. It is not squishy bread.
Any leads would be appreciated. They used to sell this brand bread in Giant Deli, but haven't for years.

I am in lower Montgomery County but would love to hear of other suggestions (and maybe help someone other locations)

Breadfurst in Van Ness has a crusty multi-grain loaf that they can slice for you if you want it for sandwiches. No idea about the sugar content thought but you can ask.

Lidl and Wegmans have the best tasting European style breads (in their respective bakeries).
Not sure about their sugar content, etc.

I love the Black Forest bread from Heidelberg Bakery in Arlington. I don't see any added sugar in the ingredients. https://heidelbergbakery.com/product/black-forest-sourdough-rye/

It does not have a sourdough flavor.

All sorts of bread in Europe and all sorts of bread in the US. The even have the equivalent of wonder bread in Europe. I have no shortage of crusty bread in the US.

Maybe Op means Artisan bread? A lot of farmers market will have them.

Not the bread you asked but I buy rye bread from amestfood. You go to freeze it once it arrives. The same bread maybe in Mikko's, the Finnish store near dupont.
They are small individually wraped. You can do open face sandwich or as it's cut in two pieces.
It's so good simply fried in olive oil on pan.

Lidl sourdough (dark wheat) is wonderful and probably what you have in mind.

NP that is true, but european bread uses different flour. Question is do we get that flour here and copy European recipes? I would like to know too.
