Does anyone blowdry and flat iron daily and still have healthy hair?

I tried to give up styling my hair daily with heat, but it just doesn't look good.
If you blowdry and iron daily and still have nice hair, what products do you use?

I use my Dyson AirWrap every day and have healthy hair. I don't use any special products aside from dry texturizing spray.

Try a Brazilian Blowout. Changed my life. I do nothing anymore...just wash and let air dry. Looks like I flatiron daily.

Yes. I use heat protectant and dry with the Dyson Airwrap followed by the flat iron. It’s healthy. Before the Dyson, my hair was fried even with heat protectant and blow drying every other day.

Yes. I've been doing this for probably a decade and have very healthy hair. I do a very quick, light touch with the flat iron though. I use r and co shampoo and conditioner and Joico leave-in conditioner.

With dry shampoos you don't have to do it every day. Stretch a blow out to two days.

and skip weekend unless you are going out.

If you are good with a blow dryer you dont need a flat iron. The flat iron is what really damages hair. I'd look into practicing your round brush blow out, or at least dropping the flat iron daily.

I have highlighted hair. I can't heat style that much. I wash 2-3x per week, and air dry half the time, and blow out and straighten only once per week.I have a Dyson hair dryer, but not an air wrap, which I wish I had instead.

I have found it very useful to apply heat with my hair parted differently. Once I’m done, I flip my hair back to my usual part (which was not where I applied heat most directly). Works better on thicker hair of course.

Yes, I blow dry and flat iron every other day, and I use product in my hair that protects from heat. My hair is healthy. The biggest cause of damage to hair is coloring it.

I have highlighted hair and blow dry my hair nearly daily for the last 30 years, quick flat iron most days for 20 years. My hair is still healthy but I’m sure a lot depends on your hair type in general. I have thick but fine hair with a natural wave that is not attractive when it air dries. I usually let my hair air dry a good bit before blowing dry, I use a heat protectant/detangler spray, and I can get it dry in less than 5 min. I’m super fast with the straight iron too, I just smooth in big sections and use a wide plated straightener. I don’t really use a special shampoo other than making sure it’s sulfate free.

Nobody who does this has healthy hair. They often look good, though, anyway.

I style my hair 3-5 times per year, and my stylists always just MELT over how healthy my hair is (I am in my 40s with long hair). Day to day, it looks like I don’t style it. I have never dyed it.

I WFH so I only need to style it rarely. My hair is soft as silk and very full in a way that only virgin hair can be. You can pick—regular styling or healthy hair. It’s science.

I used to blow dry and flat iron every day and had a lot of breakage. I shampoo every 3 days and only heat style on wash day. I wear a shower cap lined with terry cloth on non-wash days and sleep with a satin cap. I am able to keep my style between washes.
Usually the day before washing I use dry shampoo because my scalp will be a bit oily. My hair is truly the healthiest it's ever been. I have longish, fine-thick hair.

Can you recommend a satin cap? Does it have to be one of those expensive ones?
