Great location, kitchen is a bit dated but otherwise seems like a nice house. Any thoughts?

Makes me sick to see this listed for $2M
I think it’s overpriced. Great, solid home. If I’m in that price range, kitchen is a dealbreaker.
I love that neighborhood (it’s Wakefield) and inventory for SFHs is very low right there BUT I agree that price is crazy.
DC? No. If this was MD, given the public schools are better, I might consider it.
PP - well, “crazy” might be a little over the top. But certainly overpriced.
Great curb appeal, pretty house, but overpriced. Should be $1.850M.
Agreed. I was thinking 1.8-1.9M.
|
13:09 here who said $1.85M. Sellers need to take note of this direct comp (in my opinion). Listed too high, 3 price reductions. They started out too greedy, and are now riding the market down.

I like the house a lot, but yes compared to that other house on Upland, I cant understand the 2.1 price tag at all?
For over 2 million the kitchen sucks. Nope.
I love this house but needs a bit of work. Think a tad overpriced also is the direct behind neighbor looking over the yard? Can’t tell from pictures
Center hall colonials are not my favorite. There’s a lot of wasted space and even if you do a big kitchen/family room addition the formal rooms in front tend to be sort of disconnected. It’s hard to get good flow in them.
Boring
look like garbage. Grandma and pappy lived there for many years and now want to unload it onto the poor schmucks who suffer from their nimby ways
