Hi,
Does anyone know a good dance studio for jazz or hip hop for an elementary school child in the Potomac / N. Bethesda area? Thanks! |
| CityDance is at Stratmore. They are ok when on their a game and awful otherwise. Not in North Bethesda but Bethesda Conservatory of Dance is our favorite after trying everything....seriously....everything. |
| Our family loves CityDance. |
| We had a terrible experience with CD. I truly hope that it is an anomaly and other fair better;but, I cannot in good conscience recommend that program. |
Not a fan of BCOD, left after one year. Very happy with C-unit, especially for hip hop. |
So you are happy with you kid dressed like strippers? Yikes. |
Dance mom drama and inappropriate costumes. We ran out if there. |
C-unit! Yeah! It is the place for your little girls to learn to twe-rk. Maybe even win a national award for tw-erking on a national level at a dance competition in Vegas. Yeah! They can wear a super skimpy costume too. Great job mom. |

| Low key in NB: Rock Dreek Dance Academy |
Not in NB. |
|
Yes it is, Rock Creek Dance Academy holds classes on Alta Vista Road in North Bethesda (and other locations). http://rockcreekdance.com/
Our daughter takes classes there |

It's friendly but extremely low quality. I would recommend the YMCA or county rec for much better classes at lower price. |
Big exodus from Rock Creek this season. Not sure what is up but people seem very unhappy. |
