Am I the only one who finds this website impossible? EVERY single time I try to log in, it won't allow it. I have written the password down, tried saving it to the browser, etc. It ALWAYS says I have entered a wrong password, and I swear I am a reasonably tech savvy individual who does not have this problem with absolutely any other website.
And now today it won't even let me reset the password, it says i have no account. Help. Is it just me? I'm about to reach out to them directly but am just curious to know if others have issues with that website. |

Definitely call. My DH seemed to get way better results with calling. They even automated all his health reimbursements. So when he goes to CVS and pays 15 for a Rx, it is showing up in our account the next day.
I hate FSA reimbursement process with a passion. I have one through my job and recently went to the dentist for myself and my son. Charge 300-400 and it shows up as dentist on the FSA website. Still need to submit a receipt even though we have been there 2309u810935 times with the same company for around the same amount. It doesn't have a problem with a $4 charge from Walgreens but apparently, my dentist is a flag. |
| I have the same issue, everytime I use the website it give me an error saying my username and password are wrong, but that same username and password works in the app. Except for today, now I can't get into either one. It is very frustrating. |

I absolutely hate this! I feel like we are jumping through hoops to use our money.
We donated a lot of money to the government last year. This is my last year for this. |
Same here but with private insurance FSA reimbursement. It still flags my pediatrician's office for a copay. Every. Time. But $40 sunscreen from some boutique- not a problem. |
I knew that it wasn't me but likewise I never had problems until this year. |

It's the worst government website yet, and that's saying something! It took ten tries yesterday to reset the password, which I know was right because I use a password manager. I would have given up sooner but it was the last day of open season and I would not only have not been able to use a FSA next year but my funds from the current year would go away!
Today, it lost my password again! And I've tried on multiple browsers and even my phone to reset it and it keeps coming up with stupid error messages. |

| No issues with it at all--pick and process has been amazing. Far better than any other FSA I've had access to at any prior job. |
Did you elect to have more than you needed withheld for FSA? I just do the minimum and always use it up. |

I HATED fsafeds and stayed away from it for about 10 years. This year I knew I had a procedure come up, so I put money into it. It was super simple to use and got me my reimbursement quick. It did deny a few doctor's receipts I tried to get reimbursement for (I shouldn't have bothered, but it was like $400 in January. Still can't figure out why that was denied). My surgery was in November and it was enough that it used my whole FSA.
Never had a problem with the website at all. Wish it used my PIV card though for access! I love the other fed sites that use that. Also, FSA dependent care is sooo easy. Way easier than the FSA health care stuff. |
