The French Academy offers a playful immersion class for small children (between 2.5 and 6.5 years). Together, we will learn words and sentences, using them in songs, dance, games, and stories. The class is in full immersion and therefore suited for French or non-French speaking children. The classes are close to Friendship Heights Metro station.

In her work with children and teens, Dr. Gottlieb has developed three main approaches that help children learn skills in order to take control of their anger. In this presentation, she will focus on these strategies, including practical hands-on approaches that you can practice with your child at home. The goal is to help children and teens learn to better manage feelings of anger, and develop greater emotion regulation more broadly.
