I'm a 45-year-old woman and I think this is incredibly tacky. It screams insecurity and it would be a total turnoff for me. FWIW I think social media use is an area to consider when dating someone because I can see how someone's behavior on there could lead to problems down the road (including a lack of respect). |
I'm a woman and I'd be annoyed if a female friend of mine did this. I can't even imagine dating someone who was doing this, especially since I imagine you only see each other so frequently. |
If you don't like it, use your words and tell her. |
Exactly, and tell her the last sentence. |
I know a bunch of married women who do this with every date night with their hubby, vacations, Girls Night!, school fundraisers, etc.
It really is no different when it’s a single woman doing it. Both are kind of lame, imho. |
I’ll add - these are married moms in their 40s. So it’s exactly the same demographic. |
We are a wealthy low key family. We have a very nice beach house and frequently let others use it at no cost. Our one rule that we make very clear is no posting showing anything outside, inside or mentioning us or any detail about our house. Of course there is the one dumbass who can’t help herself and doesn’t understand why I told her she couldn’t use it this summer, even after showing her the post. People just have no awareness and are beyond self absorbed. |
Maybe it's the same demographic, but social media posting while married is a lot different from dating someone for 3 months and constantly posting. |
Yep |
